AgroFet blue LED - ON when connecting bat 2

Hello,

I am using a Victron AgroFet 100-2
When connecting the second battery bank the blue LED turns on.. this is not what I expected.. because normally the blue LED only turns on when the engine is turning/alternator is supplying power to the input.

The blue LED is burning brighter when the engine is turning.

So in other words: the blue LED is always burning when the system is fully connected. When the engine is turning the LED burns brighter. When the second battery bank is disconnected, now only the first battery bank, alternator (not live) and ground are connected. The LED is off.

Is this supposed to be normal behavior?

When only first battery bank is connected, does the LED come ON when the alternator is running?
I think something is wrong with the second battery output.
