How to clear a VRM alarm?

Hi all,

I have a new system, Quattro with BYD Box Pro (with 2.5 batteries).

I was playing around in VRM portal with various alarms and one of them alarmed. Since I couldn't work out how to acknowledge the alarm I then went and deleted them all hoping that would stop it. And well.. no.

Any hints please?

Hi @MattSmith

I think these may disappear after about 2 years. Once the data start over-writing the old data, but this could be longer say 5 years.

Sorry about that, maybe you can ask someone at Victron nicely to delete it on the back-end.

Eeek, unfortunately it's stuck in alarm state which means everyone is ignoring it, not good.

Seems that the battery is not charging, if it gives alarm low.

Sorry no, something about capacity [512], seems like a custom alarm rule?

Did you setup any custom alarms?
