Why does my Quattro shut down when generator starts?

Running a 48v 10 kva Quattro with a 16kva generator and 20kwh battery pack. Quattro will invert happily but as soon as the generator cuts in it shuts down sowing Fault on the VRM...there are no alarms or any other indication of what’s wrong. Does the same with no load attached and the generator started manually. This system has run happily for 1+ years prior to this incident. Any ideas?

What does the 'VE.Bus Warnings and Alarms' widget tell you?

Also, are there no alarms present in the GX device?
