Phoenix Multiplus is powered off after a while when together with VE.bus multi control.

Hi there,

When my Phoenix Multiplus 12/3000/120 is connected to a VE.bus Multi control unit, the Phoenix will always -inexplicable- be powered off after about 40 minutes. Next, the Phoenix can/must be switched on again using the on/off/charger only switch, but the same will happen again (i.e. powered off after about 40 min). All LEDs, switch and current control works fine on the VE.bus Multi control. Same with the Phoenix.

Any ideas, suggestions are welcome.

try making the ve bus cable to the multi control shorter. try 1 mtr then a 5 and then longer until the problem arises., also make sure the cable quality is good especially the rj45 end connections.

if thius does not help then try upgrading the firmware to the latest version that that unit can use
