Bluetooth on Smartsolar 250/100 connects and disconnect in a loop

When connecting to a MPPT 250/100 My Phone finds it opens the app - Then it will disconnect and immediately reconnect ! - This is on an Iphone. An older Samsung will not see the device at all...

  1. Is there a way to reset the MPPT to factory defaults ?
  2. Can you reboot the MPPT with out disconnecting panels and battery?

This system is connected to the VRM. I only have remote access.

Hi @Justin Richards

Laptop bluetooth may be more reliable along with windows victron connect app. Or you can try the ve.Direct to usb cable.
