Dcdc charger with mppt controller

Hi!

I am looking for a combined dcdc charger with mppt input. I know about ctek dual 250 but does Victron offer a similar product?

If they dont, can i run say a Orion TR smart 12/12-30 combined with a Smart solar 100/30 so when i stop my engine my solarpanel kicks in?
