Bluetooth dongle connection asks for password

My Samsung S 8 wants connecting bluetooth to the dongle for BMV 700. The S 8 sees the BMV, but ist asking for a code of display of BMV or a password. Neither 0000 nor 1234 works. No other password was set before. Also reset the pin at the dongle doesnt help. What has to be done?

Thanks, I got it. Didnt hold the reset Button Long enough.
