SmartSolar MPPT 250/100 no bluetooth

Hi everyone,

I have a just installed a system with SmartSolar MPPT 250/100 and a Venus GX. When I try to pair with the SmartSolar MPPT 250/100 I can not see it.

I am using an android phone version 9. The Victronconnect sees the Venus GX and through that I can see the SmartSolar MPPT 250/100. I originally connected to the Venus with its wifi but went into the settings and routed it with the home wifi. The Venus and SmartSolar MPPT 250/100 are connected with VE.Direct.

Any help?

If you have a bluetooth laptop, you might try using the windows version of victron connect.
