i have connect 12V Lifepo4 battery, and 12v input on the pv. with this config, never charge the battery, because the different of 5v not there. how can i do, that this charge the battery?

We need details of your solarpanel(s) first.
As you said, the output from the panel(s) must be +5V over the batteryvoltage for the MPPT to start charging.
So if you use a ”12V” panel, the Voc is probably around 22-26V and if its winter where you live and the sun is low you will never get above the 17V threshold :-(
Then you may need another panel connected in series to double the voltage.
However, the total Voc must not be higher than 75V for the 75/10 MPPT
