Quattro 10va overload issue

Hi,

We recently installed a Quattro 10kva for power backup system. Been working for a month then today it the overload LED came on.

We removed the loads and still has an overload LED. When switched to charger still has the overload LED.

We have tried to update the firmware but still in vain.

Kindly assist with what could be the problem

It sounds like it is broken, and has to be fixed by Victron...

Is the unit working and supplying power?

It also appears that you still need to clear the overload alarm messages from the CCGX by pushing the centre button in that notifications screen. You can tell as there is a tick box¸Â where it says menu down the bottom right.

Thank you. The unit is not supplying power and it just shows the overload LED. Thank you also for the info on clearing the overload alarm message
