I have a Samsung S8+. I manage to pair a Smart Solar 75/10 but neither my phone nor Victron Connect pick up the device?

Hi; its not needed to pair from within the Android menus.
Have you already followed the troubleshooting steps explained in the VictronConnect manual?
Includes trying a different phone; even if only for the first time.
