Connecting AC-Out(s) together

We have a project request for two 3-phase DC/AC hybrid systems, basically two family houses each with it's own power plant. Both houses are 35-40m apart (P2P distance of where the quattros/batteries are installed). However, there is the request/requirement to make this a "mirrored failover system".

That is, in the case of an outage of one of the systems, the other can take over. Both systems are of sufficient dimensions to achieve this.

Now, we do know the AC-out of a Quattro is a pretty versatile interface. Being bi-directional it allows for energy going both out and in. It is possible with no problem to connect one (or several) AC inverters to it as long as the 1:1 rule is adhered to.

You guessed it: Is it possible to connect the AC-Outs of two Quattros so they would serve the same net of loads or would some insane tug-o-war happen?

An alternative was to configure this as 3p system with 2 x 3 Quattros, where one 3p group would be in House 1 and one in House 2 and consider them 3p + parallel operation. However, I'm not sure how well the distance could be handled by the VE.bus.

is there a requirement for the loads to remain up during the transition, and does the transition have to be triggered automatically or can it be manual? I'm thinking of a manual break before make transfer switch.
