I have a Raspberry Pi connected to a SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 and I am monitoring the serial output.
Is there any low voltage disconnect alarm in the serial output? What is the timeout after the alarm is issued if it exists?
If there is no alarm or the alarm timeout is too short to safely shutdown I will have to trigger a shutdown just before the LVD voltage is reached
In the BatteryLife program is the LVD minimum voltage sent in the serial output or can this be retrieved from the charge controller using the serial interface?
