The inverter kept on complaining about low battery alarm but venus shows that the battery is 100% fully charged. if is there anyone with the demo version on setting up this kind of system on VEcong, would you please send me the link. Thank you in advanced

First please confirm that you are running at least firmware version 2.40 on your GX device.
Then, please read through this Victron battery compatibility manual for the discover, it should contain all the settings required for your battery to operate correctly.
