Grid charging

Hi There

Our lithium battery bank was completely depleted. The Grid was off and no solar available.

I have set ESS to "Keep batteries charged" via CCCG but no charging is happening from grid that has now come on.

Batteries remain low but charge percentage show as 65% which is incorrect..

Is this perhaps a hub setting I am missing?

You'll need to tell us a bit more information about the system to be able to give a meaningful answer.

What components are in it? how is the BMS connected, etc.
