vrm history download bug

Where is the best place to report a vrm bug?

I am attempting to download last months data 2019-11-01 00:00 to 2019-12-01 00:00

However, the download that comes via email link gives me 20191031-2200 to 20191130-2200

Furthermore the timestamp of this download appears to have the incorrect time zone (+01:00 instead of +03:00)
