Bluesolar 100/15 fault 20, how to update firmware?

hi, i have a blue solar mppt 100/15 that has develpoed a fault 20 ( Maximum Bulk-time exceeded )

i have a mk3 interface cable but will this work ? or do i need the other VE.direct to usb interface?

and where do i down load the latest firmware?

@gary the boatman, you will need the VE.Direct to USB Interface, or VE.Direct to Bluetooth dongle.

Download the VictronConnect app for your laptop/desktop/tablet/smartphone (whatever you want to use to connect to the MPPT), then connect the Interface to that device on one end and the MPPT on the other, start up the VictronConnect app, and the app will automatically determine the latest FW version for your MPPT and install it after you've given it the okay to do so.

The MK3 is only for VE.Bus devices such as Inverter/Chargers.
