First point of call is the company you bought the unit from. They should be able to help you with this. But if that is not possible, then you can contact Powerbox Australia, they are located in Mount Kuring Gai and are our Repair Centre for the Sydney area. Contact detail can be found in the wheer to buy section on our website. But please first contact your Victron Dealer first. This is by far the best and easiest option.
