In victron smart solar charge 24v 250/100 controller manual it states that for maximum PV efficiency
Minimum number of cells in series 144
Maximum number of cells in series 360
I have 6 Trina 330w mono 120 Half Cut Cells
Do I treat them as 60 full cell panels?

Hi Michael.
Yeh, pretty much. But if you're thinking of 6x of those panels in a single string, you'll come awfully close to exceeding max 250 Voc. Don't do that..
Run the panel specs (temp coefficients'n'all) through this checker: https://mppt.victronenergy.com/
You may well find it needs 3S2P stringing to approve anything, and you might have done just as well with a 150/100 mppt.
You'll get 'max efficiency' anyway strung like that, even into 48V batts. Maybe you're using lower Vbat than that anyway, else you wouldn't need that hefty 100A.
It will work fine..
