Peak Power Pack 40Ah LED flashes red once every 10 seconds. Battery not waking up.

Dear @BIM,
Did you try charging the battery? When the batterie has been discharged deep. Can take some recharge time before the output will turn on again.
Check the output voltage of the charge the adapter to make sure that it works
