Hello,
We have taken over maintenance of a site for our client. The VRM system is still registered under the original installer details and they are not seeming to move forward with giving us the adminstation access. We were wondering if there were any further details we need to force administrative access over to us.
They do not appear to have given the owner the rights over the VRM system.
