Hello,
my iPhone-App forced me to update the firmware of the BT-Dongle. This failed with error B13 when updating to v2.23 The app tells me I have to sent the error log to the Victron support. But there is no answer since more than one week from the support-Mail-Account.
I bought it from amazon - so there is no support from the dealer!
What can I do?
