Blue Solar 75/15 Wiring Configuration?

I just ordered a 75/15 MPPT charge controller. I have a question about connecting the load, either to the MPPT controller load terminals, but more likely directly to the battery.

My configuration will look like this;

100 Watt panel -> MPPT controller -> 12V 50AH Lifepo4 Battery -> Radio Equipment.

The radio equipment draws 3 amps on receive, and 21 amps on transmit (for 15 seconds).

Can I assume that I must NOT use the MPPT controller load terminals, since the controller is
fused at 15 amps, and that I should connect the load directly to the battery? Leave the MPPT
Controller load terminals empty?

Note: This is not a permanent installation. It is portable, for approx half day operation.
The goal is to simply use the Solar panel to extend the runtime before the battery is depleted.
If hooked up this way, I assume the PV panel will supply a few amps of charge to the battery,
but during heavy load use, the battery will handle the bulk of supplying the load?

Connect to the battery. Yes it will handle bigger demand the amps better that way.

The MPPT will produce if the load drops the voltage under the rebulk offset for a minute. (Applicable when the battery is fully charged).

If you are using it while the charge cycle is in progress it will also provide to the load.

100w at 12v is 8A if in optimal conditions. So it will probably be productive most of the time if the VOC and voltage stay above battery voltage.
