Not all 3 pins of 100-3 Argofet engaged

Hello,

due to changes of wiring on my boat I do not need any more to charge all 3 bateries with 100-3 Argofet.

Can I leave 2 of 3 out pins not connected and charge only one battery through 3rd out pin of 100-3 Argofet.
