We have a three phase 60kva Victron PV system installed in rural Ethiopia for a hospital, we have implemented VRM system with GSM based internet connection, we always see a real time VRM display showing an unbalanced power flow between PV production, consumption and storage, as you can see in the attached picture the consumption is about 5.6kw, charging the battery storage with around 2.2kw, however, the PV production is about 15.7kwp. I am wondering where the remaining about 8kwp power going and why is not registered in the communication? Any advice is highly appreciated.
