Hi community!
Please, assist me with correct set up of Victron components.
So I have house, where I want to have reserve power (we have outages for several hours). But as I would already set up system, I think its worth to have several solar panels.
So I thought about:
1) single pylontech battery 4.8kWh 48V
2) solar panels, 4 at start, maybe up to 10 in future (550wt, 43V max power, 13A, 52V- power of idling (idk if that's important)).

So as I understand options are:
1) Easysolar 2
2) Multiplus 2 + solar charger mppt + cerebro gx
Questions:
- do I need cerebro if I will buy multiplus GX?
- some advice on mppt controller?
- which option are better 1 or 2?
- any other required components or specific wiring? Something to connect to network?
Advanced Questions:
- let say my invertor are 5kw, doest that mean when power grid are on I also will be able to pass only 5kw?
- I have water heater (2kw).Also there is non priority output in invertor. So seems like it should work perfectly (use grid or solar when it's producing,but not use battery). But will it "use" power capacity? Like during it's work it will use 2kw so only 3 will remains for other devices? If so, could I somehow fix this?) I definitely need 5kw or more when my grid is on..
