From the manual "If the DC voltage exceeds 60V, the Cerbo-S GX is classified as a “built-in product”
Anyone know what does this mean? Something lost in translation?

Its trying to say, it should be mounted in an enclosure/cabinet if the voltage is above 60VDC.
Somewhere in IEC61140 is defined that up to 25VAC or 60VDC you can omit protection against touching live parts, since voltages below are safe to touch even for children or animals
