Can the Quattro 48 /8000 /110-100 /100 inverter work fine with just 1 SolarMD 7.4 kwh battery? Or must I use more than one? Or maybe one 7.4 kw and a 3.7 kw. Single fase, off grid.

It probably doesn't matter to the quattro, but may to the battery(s). Especially regarding warranty..
Perhaps ask Solar MD where they stand with this..
