Multiplus II shows 0W for grid and load

Today I faced a very strange issue with my Victron system - Multiplus II, Cerbo GX, mppt 250/60, 6 x 2.4kw Pylontech batteries - both grid and AC load show 0W when AC input is present, however load still exists and charge performs as expected, on detail screen AC In power is 0W, AC load displays negative power. The system has worked fine for the past 1.5 years. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue?

Try inserting and removing a mini phono jack into the socket a couple of times. A similar screwdriver also works.

Do you have the old type multi with phono socket for an external CT?

Your solution sounded strange, but solved the issue for me - I used a small screwdriver -, now both AC in an Out power are displayed and are positive. I am wondering if this is a hardware or a software issue. Before running into this issue we used a 700 W vacuum cleaner, that may have used bigger power at startup, our MP II is a 5k one. Thank you @nickdb

Old known issue, the newer multi's changed the connector type for this reason. It essentially bypasses the internal metering when the contacts stick.
