Multiplus II 12/3000/2x120V Ilow AC voltage when using power assist.

I set the Multiplus for 15 amp service and my input voltage drops to 99 Volts when the batteries are charging - when the batteries are charged the input voltage goes back to 117 Volts.

I set the Multiplus for 20 amp service and have the same condition, voltage drops to about 100 volts. This happens weather charging the batteries or running the A/C.

As I have an EMS this is troublesome as it cuts the power when the voltage drops below 104 volts.

So trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

This has nothing to do with the Multiplus, it is a problem with your supply cabling.

The multiplus has no control over the voltage when connected to mains. This is the result of voltage drop in your cabling. The supply cable is too thin and/ or too long (or a bad connection somewhere).
