I have a MultiPlus 2kVA 120V currently connected to a 30 amp shore power inlet that I haven't yet installed on the van. I have a NOCO GCP1 AC port that I'm considering instead of the 30A inlet, as I don't expect to camp at RV parks very often and don't need 30 amps for my loads. The NOCO uses 14 AWG wire and has a female plug, and I'm not sure what is best practice for connecting this to the MultiPlus AC IN, which is currently wired to the 30A inlet via 10/3 wire. I assume I can't just wire a plug onto the 10/3 coming out of the AC IN and plug that into the NOCO. What's the right way to do this?
