I recently set up an account on the VRM portal and wanted to just see it connect to my cerbo GX to see if it is working correctly. I had the cerbo connected to the internet and I tried to access the remote console but it failed to connect. Do I need to have this set up on a fully functioning system to work? If anyone can let me know what I did wrong or what I should do to monitor my system via the VRM portal let me know.
