We have a Cerbo GX that connects to the VRM portal either through wifi (Starlink) or through a GX LTE 4G modem when the wifi is turned off. That setup seemed to be working until in the last few weeks the Cerbo is only connecting to the VRM portal through wifi. When connected through the GX LTE the portal shows not connected. But when I check the data usage for the IOT SIM card in the GX LTE, it shows data moving up/down. Attached are settings for the GSM connection. It shows connected. Any ideas why this might be happening?
