for a small project, we are running a Multi RS Solar Single Tracker with the newest firmware and the Victron Connect app. At AC-Out we connected a Danfoss VFD (1.5 kW) for an asynchronous induction maschine which was replaced by a Siemens Micromaster 440 (2.2kW), lately. Both VFDs have input filters whereas the Siemens VFD has a higher quality class A filter.
Running the Danfoss was mostly no issue except from some irregular problems, but now with the Siemens VFD the Multi RS has very short disconnects (5s) at AC-Out were the internal relais are swiching, but no error is logged in the app. This happened for the Danfoss from time to time too, but the Siemens triggers this behavior nearly every time the maschine tries to spins up (but not always). We could not exactly identify a pattern in this behavior. Checking the Multi RS power output states, that we are well below 1000 W, so should be no problem at all.
In the manual, most of the errors should trigger a 30s re-enable delay, but in our case, the interruption only lasts about 5s. Has anyboard experienced this kind of issue before or knows a related error to the 5s interruption?
We already tried all possible configurations in the Multi RS but haven't had any luck with it.
Maybe also worth mentioning: During maschine identification with the Siemens VFD the same bahavior is triggered very often. Connecting AC-IN to the Grid helps sometimes. Voltage drop on the batteries can also be seen, but are not down to a critical level (not even below 48 V).
