Bmv 712 smart relay no longer switches current when operated

Initially the 712 would switch current to the NC relay teminal as per settings i made in the setup, related to the target battery hi and li voltage values set. Yesterday altough i can hear the internal relay working ok, no voltage or current change seems to be occurring at the relay terminal s , and the 12v supply is checking ok

Please check with the seller for service test/repair

What load were you switching with the relay.

under 2 A , separate 12 v relay

Quite easy to burn out the contacts when driving another relay due to the high current that is generated when the relay is turned off. See
