Issue with SOC Display on Victron System

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my setup, which consists of 3 lithium batteries paired with 3 Victron Quattro 15kVA inverters. I'm using dry contacts to start and stop charging the batteries.

The problem occurs when I turn off the system and then turn it back on. The SOC immediately shows 100%, regardless of the actual SOC, and it doesn't update or change after that.

Is there a way to adjust this, perhaps by setting the SOC based on the battery voltage or another reference? Any guidance on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Georges Kiwan,

Are you using a Victron BMV or SmartShunt?

You can configure that to maintain the State of Charge when reset, or have it reset to 0% or 100%.
