question about adding Pylontech batteries

I had 10 Pylontech 3000's connected through the hub.I added two more yesterday and it is now almost 72hrs later and I can only see two banks showing up on the hub instead of three.What could be the problem.Previously the banks were 4+3+3.

Is this not described in the Pylontech manual?

Unfortunately I have not received an answer .The problem persists.
