Have installed Connect and Configure on my Dell Inspiron with Windows 11 (version 10.0.22631) with Intel USB 3.1 from the Victron web site. Using MK3-USB dongle (SN HQ2333DWN2U) to try to connect to Multiplus 12/2000/50-80 (SN HQ2143ERJZA). The PC Device Manager shows the dongle with a yellow triangle and exclamation point on it. Have tried downloading drivers for the MK3 but yellow triangle remains and neither Connect nor Configure can find the multiplus. How do I tell Connect or Configure where to find the driver?
