Multiplus not on VRM device list

Hi everybody,

How do I add my multiplus on the device list on VRM? It does show on GGGX. As I am linked by stellite, outsiders cannot access my system!

What firmware are you running?

Make sure the GX is up to date.

If you see the multi on the GX device list, it should be on VRM, assuming it is updating.

You can check update status in the GX settings, under VRM portal. VRM should also show the last report time.
