Hi,
I am using VictronConnect to monitor and configure my Victron devices:
- Multi RS Solar 48/6000
- 2 X BMV 70x
- Phoenix Smart 12/50 1+1
My problem is : I can not have a stable bluetooth connection to the Phoenix charger.
For the 3 other devices, VC works flawlessly.
I can connect to the charger with the following procedure:
- "Forget" the device in VC
- Forget the device in my phone's bluetooth settings
- Reboot phone
- Reset bluetooth settings on the charger (pressing mode button for 10 seconds)
- Reconnect phone and VC (with default PIN: 000000)
Then I have about 2 minutes of connection before VC gets disconnected. Once disconnected, I cannot connect again (progress bar goes to 20% but not further), unless I do the above procedure again...
It was working fine at the beginning (which allowed my to configure it). I can't update the firmware in those condition.
Any similar experience? Any suggestion?
