victron multiplus II parallel to easysolar II stopped working

I have my victron multiplus II running in parallel to the Easysolar II for a few years now.
A few days ago they seem to have stop talking to each other.
The Easysolar II shows the batteries at 99%
The Multiplus II shows a low battery alarm.
I have checked all cable connections.
I have also checked all the comms cables.
Any idea of someone in the Cape Town region that can assist me?
