On a 24v system with a 300ah lithium battery, what would be the minimum amount of solar panels with a 100/30 Mppt charger? Or a 75/15?
I am new, so if this has been covered before, I apologise.

@Jimski The answer would require knowledge on how much energy that your loads would use for the day.

there is no minimum, each panel just adds more power

Mainly short peak loads, such as a kettle and coffee machine. Charging power tools and a laptop.
I had heard that on a 24v system, the Battery needs a high solar voltage tipping point, or it won't charge even if it is in the optimal charging condiitions.

Normally PV voltage required to be 5V more than battery voltage for charging to commence, so in answer to your initial question "one".
