Batteries not charging to 14.4v

Hi All, thanks for your time and responses in advance. We have an all Victron system with 3 x 330a 12v LifePo batteries and solar panels. Our Cerbo GX says it's 94% but only at 13.5v (on the cerbo GX screen) . I assumed the 94% wool be close to 14.1-14.3v. We run mostly on solar with our alternator helping every day or so for an hour. We haven't been connected to Shore Power for a month. Am I missing something, is something wrong? Many thanks again...

Are these batteries connected via CAN and do they appear in the device list?

If not, are you using a shunt? Without a shunt, the internal monitor is inaccurate, especially with solar, so the SOC is likely wrong.

Voltage creeps up at the very top of charge, so below this, it would be normal to be lower for lithium.

Do you have a lithium profile selected in the inverter? If not, temperature compensation may be on, which also lowers/raises voltages based on heat.

Without details, it is mostly guesswork.
