How often should we expect a Cerbo S GX to report to VRM

Hi I am new to the community but have been using Victron equuipment for 12 years.

recently purchased a Cerbo S GX to monitor amy remote setup but find that its reporting to VRM very in consistant from a few seconds ago to several hours, whic is a tad anoing.

Is this behaviour correct or is the Cerbo possibly faulty

I have found that rebooting some times gets it back reporting

It would be nice if it reported say every 10 minuted

The logging interval is configured in settings, default is 15 minutes, min is 1 minute.

If 2-way comms are enabled it will establish a realtime connection which updates the dashboard and allows additional functionality (console, updates etc).

This is all pretty much in the manuals for VRM and the GX.

If you are seeing big gaps, you either don't have realtime comms enabled or you have a poor connection/weak signal.
