Problem with ESS using grid instead of discharging batteries

Hi Victroners,

we have an isue with a system configured with ESS mode.

For some reason the system fails to use the battery in some moments, using the grid instead.

For example in this moment it's importing energy from the grid instead of discharging batteries. The Battery saving is off and the discharge limit is 10%.

P.D: I wish to add pictures but "Parsing response failed" error is showing...
