Hello, I have LI battery bank with 4 100AH batteries and since the system was installed I had no problems charging the batteries with shore or Generator. This morning however, I wanted to charge the batteries and they donot charge anymore. Furthermore, when switching to inverter mode I get a Low Voltage alarm and the Multiplus switches off. When connecting to shore power I noticed via the Cerbo Device list that the DC Voltage the Multiplus shows me fluctuates between less then 7V up to 14,5 within several seconds triggering this low voltage alarm and obviously blocks the charging of the batteires. All Batteries as well as the Shunt diode show constant 13.06V. The batteries can be charged without issues via the Engine Alternator, bypassing the Multiplus with a DCDC converter.
