An autotransforner shares a wire, normally marked as the neutral between the input and output. If your 60 0 60 supply is floating then you can earth the neutral as normal at the output of the trafo.
If you're saying the 0 of 60 0 60 is earthed then technically, yes, you will get 240V out. Whether you appliances will release magic smoke, or RCDs will trip will depend.
