Orion 24/12-70 Putting Out 19.4v

This is a brand new unit. With input voltage between 21 and 24.3 I get an output voltage of 19.4 +/1. The ground is solid all the way back to the battery. I'm baffled. Looking for guidance.

Did you fix this already?
it sounds like a defect, did you try adjusting the output voltage?

if defective, please contact the dealer for replacement.
