firmware update version not showing on Android phone

I don't see any firmware update version on my mobile but my technician who installed the system does see it. Note that I get all the rest of the information, (current status, historic, etc..). How I can get these updates? I have 2 MPPT 100/30 + BMV-712 as a system.

Do you have installed the lastest version of VictronConnect (5.11)?
