'Day Van' Solar/Inverter System Setup

Hi,

I have a van that has an existing imverter/leisure battery setup, I have bought the following to upgrade it :

Smart Shunt

MPPT 100-20

Orion-tr NI DC-DC 12|12-30

2 x LifePo4 100Ah Ecoworthy batteries (to replace 2 x 90Ah Lead Acid)

2 x 100W Solar Panels

I have drawn up a system diagram, and just wanted advice on whether this is the correct way to setup stuff, I want to monitor as much as i can...

Thanks

@Roger Layton-Smith Functionally it looks OK, you need appropriate fusing and bus bar connection but the question appears related to functionality so I will leave that aside. The van should have a connection from the starter battery / alternator to the chassis. You will need to have a chassis to negative connection to the leisure batteries for the Orion DC-DC converter to work, both batteries need to have a common negative. This chassis to leisure battery negative needs to be attached to the system side of the shunt as shown. It could equally be a direct wire from the starter battery to the system side of the shunt if you do not want the DC-Dc charger current using the chassis.

Thanks,

I've got fuses etc. ordered, and am going to use a lynx power in for the battery connections, with the smart shunt in the middle, and a modified Lynx power in with fuses for the out...

I've ordered some copper bar to join the gap between +12 from power in and power out,
and negative from power in to shunt input - output will bolt onto power 'out' lynx)
